Buhari: In Six Months, Nigerians Will Appreciate APC Led Government

In six months, Nigerians will recognize the All Progressives Congress-led government, according to President Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retired).

In addition to announcing that there will be no meddling in the 2023 elections, the President made this statement at the State House on Tuesday, where he also welcomed members of the Progressive Governors’ Forum led by its chairman and Governor of Kebbi State, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu.

Nigerians would be able to vote for anybody they desired, according to Buhari.

I want Nigerians to know that we respect them and that we would enable them to cast their votes for whomever they choose, he said.

He expressed confidence that flowing from the elections in Ekiti and Osun states, the 2023 elections would also be transparent.

“We all witnessed what happened in Anambra, Ekiti and Osun States. What happened in those states gives me a lot of hope that we are succeeding,” Buhari said.

Additionally, President Buhari promised that his administration would not allow the wealthy to employ physical, verbal, or financial intimidation to sway the outcome of the general election.

“We won’t permit anyone to frighten other Nigerians by using their own wealth or influence. We do not tolerate physical, verbal, or financial intimidation. This type of leadership has the potential to develop and strengthen our country.
